Our Rice Cooker’s inner cooking pot features a nonstick coating made without the following:

✖️ PTFE (Teflon)
✖️ PFOA
✖️ PFAS ("Forever Chemicals")
✖️ Lead & Cadmium

Cooking

• Measure your grains with the included 180mL silicone Grains Measuring Cup
• Rinse starchy grains until water runs clear (recommended for best texture)
• Add water or broth to the correct fill line inside the pot for your selected mode
• The fill lines are calibrated to the Grains Measuring Cup and our included Grains Guide. One Grains Measuring Cup is equal to ¾ of a standard cup
• For best results, follow the ratios established inside the included Grains Guide
• Maximum fill capacity varies by grain type. Overfilling the inner cooking pot may cause overflowing and clogging the steam vent
• White Rice: 3 cups uncooked
• Brown Rice: 3 cups uncooked
• Oatmeal: 1.5 cups uncooked
• Select your mode and press Start
• Fuzzy logic monitors and adjusts heat throughout (no need to check!)
• Keep Warm activates automatically once cooking is complete
• Use the Delay Timer to set your cook up to 24 hours in advance

Cleaning

• Allow the Rice Cooker to cool before handling
• Remove the ceramic coated inner cooking pot and wash with warm, soapy water
• Removable inner lid liner is dishwasher safe
• Do not remove the silicone gasket from the inner lid liner, as it may be difficult to reinstall
• To clean the exterior and heating plate, wipe with a damp cloth
• Never submerge the main unit in water
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or metal utensils on the ceramic coating
• Use the included beechwood paddle or silicone utensils only

Storage

• Ensure all components are dry before storing
• Keep the inner pot inside the unit when not in use
